A Taste of India III

Welcome to our third Invited Indian Dinner.  The menu will feature 5 courses with beers, wines, and paired cocktails which can be ordered separately. We will be serving: 

Paneer Pakoras- fritters with homemade cheese and vegetables.

Authentic Chicken Curry-a traditional indian dish with marinated chicken simmered in a rich and creamy tomato based sauce. 

Shrimp Biryani-jumbo shrimp and basmati rice cooked with ginger, garlic, chilies, nuts, raisins and a mix of spices and finished with fried onions and saffron. 

Accompanied with Daal Makhni-simmered lentils finished with ghee and fried chilies and onions, Fresh Naan, and Raitha.

Ladoos and Pedas or Mango Ice Cream.
